Even a smaller splash of Beatnik on a scatter cushion or occasional chair will brighten up any room, it is also perfectly suitable for larger items such as sofas and armchairs. Offered in three colourways of lovely warm contrasting tones. Beatnik comes as non flame (FR) retardant which is suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. If you require this fabric for upholstery, please choose the domestic flame retardant (FR) option. Beatnik is not suitable for contract settings. Beatnik scores 30,000 on the Martindale test. This means it is suitable for domestic use in the home. The Martindale test is essentially a process for scoring how durable fabrics are by seeing how much wear and tear they can take before there is a noticeable change in appearance.

Cleaning & Care

Dry clean

To keep your Beatnik fresh, dry clean using a professional cleaning company. For smaller stains wipe away with a damp cloth and mild detergent, using an unseen test area first.

Shipping and returns

Delivery for unlimited sample swatches is free. Delivery charges for fabric and accessories will be calculated at the checkout stage, delivery for fabric and accessory orders over £300 is free.

Orders placed for fabric by the metre and samples are final and returns are not accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for if you change your mind or you’ve made an incorrect purchase. This is because once a piece of fabric is cut it becomes a tailor made, personalised item. If the fabric arrives faulty or damaged you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges, at absolutely no extra cost to you but this must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. For other items such as throws and cushions, we offer a 14 day return from the date that you received your items. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item, just get in touch for a refund or replacement and we’ll talk you through the process.
